Big South track championships
Hailey finished third in the mile event at the 2010 Big South Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships, helping the Liberty women win the team title this weekend.

Hailey was part of Liberty University's distance relay team that finished third Saturday in the 2010 Big South Indoor Track & Field Championships. Liberty is leading the field for both men and women, and the final events are scheduled for today.

Family news
Here are some pictures from the awards ceremony and president's ball when Tracy accepted her award for airman of the year. Apparently, Eva was a big hit at the ball. The government flew Tracy and Eva in from Indonesia for the ceremony, and Gary's running joke was: "Our tax dollars at work."

At the Southern Conference Indoor Championships, Hillary won the mile event again, and her relay team set a conference record in the distance medley relay. The Samford women came in fourth at the event.

Hailey will be competing in the Big South conference track meet, which starts today. She is entered in the mile and will possibly run in the distance relay. Here's a preview. I'll update you as soon as I get some info.

Family news
I know this already has been announced, but here is Tracy being recognized by her school.
I'll be watching the Reserve Officers Association Web site for more. She was at the awards convention this past weekend. The government flew her in from Indonesia for the event so she could receive her award. Apparently, Eva was a big hit at a formal dinner held there, and there was a photographer on hand. Hopefully, they'll be some shots of Eva out on the dance floor.
Hillary took second in the women's mile at an event this past weekend.
I know there's some more new out there, but I just haven't had a chance to look around for it.
